We offer a plant guarantee to ensure that your plants arrive in excellent condition and ready for planting. Should they arrive in poor shape or be damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours. Note that our shipping policy states we are not responsible for the care of plants after they are received. Additionally, our tree care warranty does not cover mishandling by customers.
